Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with Tian Teck Property Company Limited to operate the dusitD2 Samyan, the first dusitD2 branded property in the heart of Bangkok.
To be opened in June 2023 on Si Phraya Road, the new hotel is designed to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers alike and offer easy access to major business and lifestyle hubs in this key area of the city.
Featuring 181 well-appointed guest rooms set over 23 floors, the business-friendly property will feature a sleek, contemporary design reflecting the vibrant, upscale nature of the dusitD2 brand. Rooms and public areas will provide the utmost in comfort and convenience, while Dusit’s unique brand of Thai-inspired gracious hospitality will enrich the stay of business travelers.
Hotel facilities will also include a stylish lobby bar, a swimming pool, and a fully-equipped fitness centre. An all-day dining restaurant will offer daily buffet breakfast and a large selection of international cuisines. The dusitD2 Samyan will offer a large meeting room equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment for business travelers.
Stations for major transportation systems, such as the BTS (Skytrain), MRT (underground), and Express Boat Service, which connect to all key areas of the city, are also just a five-minute drive from the property.

Dusit International’s property portfolio now comprises 271 properties (nine owned and 260 managed) operating under six brands across 13 countries. The company has more than 50-Dusit branded hotels in the pipeline. Dusit-branded hotels currently operating in Bangkok include Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri, Bangkok and Dusit Princess Srinakarin Bangkok. In 2023, Dusit will open its new flagship Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel as part of Dusit Central Park, a landmark mixed-use project currently being developed opposite Bangkok’s grren oasis, the Lumpini Park.
