Centara Hotels & Resorts has expanded its domestic portfolio after securing a management agreement for the 185-key Centara Chao Lao Sand Dunes Resort, Chanthaburi. The beachfront property, previously operating as Sand Dunes Chaolao Beach Resort, has been rebranded under Centara management while remaining owned by P.D. Pattana Co., Ltd.

The agreement was signed by Centara Chief Executive Officer Teerayuth Chirathivat, Michael Hensler, and Chief Financial Officer Kan Srisompong, alongside P.D. Pattana Chairman Samret Chotimongkol and Executive Director Trinnatee Chotimongkol. Highlighting Centara’s continued expansion into Thailand’s regional leisure destinations, this Thailand Hotel News report notes that the signing took place at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, witnessed by Sutthikiat Chirathivat, Supatra Chirathivat, Torsak Chotimongkol, and Rungroj Chotimongkol.
